Rebuild Your Core from the Inside Out This class is designed to help you gently reconnect with your core and rebuild strength safely after birth. We'll begin with breathwork and gentle mobility exercises to restore your natural breathing patterns and reestablish the connection between your diaphragm and pelvic floor. You'll learn to engage your pelvic floor, deep core, glutes, and foundational movement patterns—creating a solid base for long-term strength and stability.
