This supportive class is designed specifically for expectant moms and includes prenatal core work, full-body exercises, and intentional movement to help reduce common pregnancy-related aches and pains. Each session also incorporates elements of birth preparation—building strength, mobility, endurance, and breath awareness to support you through labor and delivery. Connect with other moms in the community while preparing your body and mind for birth and beyond. Please fill out the The Get Active Questionnaire for Pregnancy released by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) prior to class. Hard copies are available from the front desk at MPSC.
