Hi! This is a friendly reminder to sign up for Walk'n'Workout. We need at least 5 ppl per week to make it a go.
It will start this week (May 3rd) with the hopes we can get some momentum going.
Wednesdays 8:50-10 am $10/class Meet at the bottom of Lorimer Road, near the Catholic Church where we will walk the valley trail to get a great workout together.
It is now Flex Reg!
What is "Flex Reg" you say?
Flex Reg means Flexible Registration.
It means you can sign up for the exact dates of the workouts that you want!
No need to sign up for each workout, each week.
If you know you will be away a certain date then you do not have to register for that date.

NEW LOCATION: We will meet at the bottom of Lorimer Road, near the Catholic Church at 8:55 am and set off on walk 9 am sharp, returning by 10am
Dress for rain or shine and we will brave the elements to walk ‘n’ workout.
This class will include exercises to build balance, mobility and strength using natural obstacles and surfaces.
You will get moving at a brisker pace than you would on your own.
Philosophy: Move & be social to stay fit, stay healthy and be ready for your life’s daily physical activities.
With an Aim to:
Get you moving at a brisker pace then you would on your own,
Get you doing balance and body weight exercises that you most certainly wouldn’t do on your own.
Get strong with some elastic exercises that you take with you for home workouts.
