Public Skating returns to Meadow Park Sports Centre starting October 19

Starting October 19, public skating sessions will return to the indoor ice surface at Meadow Park Sports Centre. Entry will be by reservation only where 60-minute timeslots can be booked up to 72 hours in advance for the following:

You must book a timeslot for each individual in your group/family, including infants. Children 12 yrs of age and younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 16+) to ensure COVID-19 safety protocols are followed. A maximum ratio of 1 adult to 3 children will be permitted.

The food concession, hockey game zone, drop-in hockey and stick and puck sessions will be unavailable until further notice and personal hockey equipment will not be permitted on the ice. Patrons are encouraged to bring their own skates and helmets to public skating sessions. Alternatively, the full service skate shop will be open to provide skate rentals, helmets and skate aids as needed. Public access to Meadow Park Sports Centre will be restricted to facility users with a reservation.

Timeslots can be booked up to 72 hours in advance for each separate activity (fitness centre, fitness classes, main pool, public skate and squash):

Please come dressed for your session and only bring essential items as limited storage options are available for personal belongings.
